Digital product purchase terms
Version 30 October 2026 · 2026-10-30.3 · Kristian Ferjainen · Español
1. Seller and contact
Cristian Fernández Graña, musician, acting as an individual. Spanish tax identification number: 39490988B. Locality: Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain. Store: kristianferjainen.com. Enquiries and complaints: kristianferjainen@gmail.com.
2. What you purchase
The store offers guitar preset packs and recorded video courses as digital content, without physical delivery. A purchase includes only the pack or course described on its product page. Presets require the compatible software or equipment stated there; Neural DSP, Helix, Bias FX, Guitar Rig and STL licences are not included. You need Internet access, a valid email address and the means to open or import the files. Ask before paying if a necessary software version, format, language or compatibility detail is not specified.
3. Price and payment
The final price and included taxes appear on the product page and order summary before payment. Prices are displayed in euros. If Stripe offers another currency, it displays the conversion and amount before you authorise it. These are one-off purchases, without a subscription or shipping charge. Stripe handles payment and any bank authentication required.
4. Placing an order
Choose your product, check its name, quantity and total, enter your details and correct any errors before selecting “Pay”. Accept these terms and expressly request immediate digital supply using the unticked checkout boxes. Selecting Pay creates an obligation to pay. You receive an order confirmation and, once payment is confirmed, your access links by email. An account is not required. The accepted terms are stored with your order and sent with confirmation; later changes do not alter earlier purchases. Checkout is available in Spanish and English.
5. Delivery and support
Once Stripe confirms payment, the store emails access links to the address entered at checkout. Bank processing or authentication can delay confirmation. Links open your product folders on pCloud. Keep the email and download your copy; perpetual hosting and future software versions are not promised. If the email does not arrive, check spam and contact us with your order number and purchase email. Broken links and access issues are handled through support, without charging again for the same content. If you have an account and link your orders, access is also available in My content. Contact us to request purchase documentation.
6. Use licence
The buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the presets and study the courses. Sounds created with the presets may be used in your own recordings and performances, including commercial work. You must not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files, access links or videos, or claim the material as your own. Purchase does not transfer intellectual property ownership or third-party trademarks. Artistic results also depend on equipment, performance and software.
7. Withdrawal, faults and refunds
Consumers normally have 14 calendar days from the contract to withdraw. The digital-content exception applies only once supply starts with prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights and durable confirmation. This does not remove rights concerning faulty, missing or misdescribed content. You may request conformity and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination and refund. Digital products are not subject to a blanket no-refund rule.
For support, duplicate charges or exercising a right, email the contact above with the product, order number and problem. If you prefer supply to begin after the withdrawal period, contact us before ordering to arrange delayed delivery.
Model withdrawal notice, where applicable: “To Cristian Fernández Graña, kristianferjainen@gmail.com: I withdraw from my purchase contract for [digital product], order [number], concluded on [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Purchase email: [email]. Notice date: [date].” You may use this model or another unequivocal statement.
Where a withdrawal refund is legally due, it will be made without undue delay and within 14 days after notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fee. Statutory conformity and required updates remain governed by applicable consumer law; hosting or licence limitations do not remove those rights. Live lessons, concert bookings and bespoke commissions are not included in a preset pack or recorded course; they require specific information and an agreed quote before contracting.
8. Privacy and complaints
Order information is used to manage payment, delivery and customer support under the privacy policy. Purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing. You may complain by email and use the competent consumer bodies and courts. No exclusive jurisdiction in Vigo or restriction of mandatory consumer rights is imposed.
